Before starting any work on your project, we divide the work into multiple milestones and customize our packages accordingly after a comprehensive analysis of the project’s scope. This ensures both parties agree to the drafted quote or proposal, which includes the scope of services and cost. You have 24 hours to cancel any project from the date you make the payment for it. To be eligible for a refund, you must be ready to pay 25% of the total project cost as compensation for the time spent analyzing your project and preparing a proposal.
You must have proof of payment made to the company.
Once we receive your refund request, we will deduct 25% of the total project cost. You will be immediately notified of the status of your refund after we inspect the details. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment). The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
